Job Summary 

The Client Services Representative monitors EDI, fax machine, email, and web portals. Communicates to current, as well as potential customers, enters job orders, monitors job progress, and reports back to clients when necessary. Client Services will also organize client paperwork, assist in the billing process and adhere to client specifications. This position may also perform basic clerical duties.

  • Communicate with customers, and potential customers
  • Obtain required courier job order information from customers
  • Monitor Client website portals and fax machine for incoming orders and job updates
  • Monitor email communication for new orders, policy and procedural changes and respond promptly
  • Work proficiently in the Xcelerator system to enter, change, update, and notate orders
  • Track and help dispatch ensure on time delivery and meet required communication requirements
  • Monitor traffic and track airline flights
  • Communicating with onsite point of contacts 
  • Constant communication with customers and dispatchers regarding job status and updates
  • Provide quotes to customers and potential customers
  • Inventory control process and paperwork in compliance with Client specifications

Work Environment

This job operates in a demanding, high stress, fast paced call center office setting, as well as a temperature controlled warehouse at times. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filings cabinets, push to talk radios, and warehouse equipment.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to walk, sit, hear, speak, hold, visually inspect, and utilize repetitive hand motions requiring finger dexterity and hand eye coordination. Employee must be able to work in a fast paced environment, handle stressful situations, lift and handle packages up to 50 lbs, and maintain a professional and customer-friendly demeanor.  The ability to visually distinguish color is required.

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Preferred Education and Experience

Call center office experience

High volume Client service experience

Additional Eligibility Requirements

Satisfactory completion of background screening, drug screening, HIPAA training, Bloodborne Pathogen training

Work Authorizations / Clearance

Satisfactory completion of TSA training.
